1. General Scope & Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all wholesale transactions, export contracts, sample orders, and commercial shipments provided by Double Z Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Double Z Biotechnology", "we", "supplier") to commercial buyers, reptile breeders, pet retail businesses, zoological institutions, and international distributors ("Buyer"). Placing an inquiry, requesting an invoice, or issuing a Purchase Order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Product Standards & Quality Assurance

All feeder mice and rodents provided by Double Z Biotechnology comply with strict laboratory-grade standards:

• Humane Euthanasia: 100% compliant with American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) carbon dioxide (CO2) guidelines, ensuring minimal stress and trauma-free specimens.
• Flash-Freezing (IQF): Individual quick frozen down to -40°C immediately post-mortem to preserve intact cellular integrity, dry-matter protein, and natural vitamins.
• Biosecurity & Health: Sourced from pathogen-monitored breeding facilities free of Salmonella, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV), and ectoparasites.
• Weight Calibration: Categorized with precision electronic scales to within ±1g of published weight specifications.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Pricing

As a direct producer and bulk exporter, wholesale tier pricing is tied to order volume:

• Sample Orders: Minimum test batch of 500 units per sizing category for qualified commercial buyers.
• Air Freight Wholesale: Standard MOQ starting at 5,000 units packed in insulated styrofoam coolers with IATA dry ice allowance.
• Ocean Container Freight (FCL): 20ft and 40ft refrigerated containers (-18°C set point) for high-volume overseas distributors.
• Price Validity: Official proforma invoices remain valid for 14 calendar days from date of issuance.

4. Cold Chain Shipping & Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all shipments arrive in solid frozen state when transported via our approved cold chain carriers:

• Every shipment includes temperature logging devices or dry ice retention buffers exceeding transit time by at least 48 hours.
• Inspection upon Arrival: The Buyer must inspect packages immediately upon delivery or airport customs release.
• Thawing or Defect Claims: Any claim regarding temperature compromise, box damage, or weight variance must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and temperature logger readings. Verified temperature compromised stock will be credited or replaced in the subsequent shipment.

5. Customs Clearance & Biosecurity Regulations

We provide full export documentation, including Certificate of Origin, Veterinary Health Certificate, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. The Buyer is responsible for securing any necessary import permits or quarantine clearances required in the destination country.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include International Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for container orders, and verified escrow payment solutions for initial trial orders. Orders are scheduled for packaging and freight dispatch upon agreed milestone payments.
